PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING Orkidgallery.ca AND ITS SERVICES (“orkidgallery”). THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR USE OF Orkidgallery AND ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THERE BY orkidgallery, LLC (“we”, “us”).
This document outlines the Terms of Use for orkidgallery. By agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined here, you (the user) accept that this is a legally binding agreement between yourself and orkidgallery, LLC. This Agreement applies to all users of orkidgallery, including without limitation users who are vendors, customers, buyers, merchants and contributors of content, information and other materials or services on orkidgallery.
We may revise and update this Agreement from time to time. If you are a registered user, we may attempt to inform you of any material changes by notification to the email address you have provided during the registration process. Otherwise, you may view the most recent Agreement on the Site.
Free Shipping
Our online store now offers free 3-5 day shipping for US domestic addresses only, regardless of what you order. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours from the moment of ordering and could take up to 5 business days to be delivered.

Confirmation
Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email. We ship with USPS and FedEx. When possible, we will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier.
Shipments depart Monday throughout Saturday by 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Products ordered after noon are shipped next day.
Your Order

We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the shipper’s tracking number which you are provided when a parcel ships. If you are shipping internationally or opt for expedited shipping, the rate charged is based on the weight of your products and your location.
